DISC Rebrand

Brand Strategy, Messaging, Visual Identity, and Guidelines

Irwin Collective partnered with DISC to lead a full rebrand that would reposition the company as a bold, trustworthy alternative in a crowded industrial supply market. We began by uncovering DISC’s unique value proposition, “magical resourcefulness,” and used that idea to craft a differentiated brand narrative, voice, and visual system.

Our work included messaging strategy, tone of voice development, brand positioning against competitors, and a custom visual identity anchored in a modern industrial mark that nods to both strength and transformation. The new system extended across logo, typography, color, iconography, illustration, photography, motif, and promotional applications, all brought together in a comprehensive brand guidelines toolkit built for internal teams and vendor partners.
