While at The Starr Conspiracy, I had the opportunity to lead creative efforts on a series of videos for OneSource Virtual, a leading Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) provider. These projects aimed to authentically capture and convey the company's culture and core values to both prospective employees and clients.

Employer Brand Video
We developed a playful video to highlight OneSource Virtual's ten core values. Incorporating elements like handmade cardboard knight costumes and a "mega desk" constructed from stacked desks, we infused humor and creativity to resonate with the team and potential recruits.

Culture Video
To provide a comprehensive view of the company's work environment, we traveled to offices in Derry, Ireland; Mesa, Arizona; and Dallas, Texas. Through on-site direction and storytelling, we showcased the vibrant and inclusive culture that defines OneSource Virtual.

Testimonial Video
Moving beyond traditional talking-head formats, we produced a testimonial video that featured genuine responses from employees, reflecting the company's commitment to its customers. This was achieved through meticulous pre-production planning and on-set direction.
